Online Seminars - How they work
Our free web-based events
and seminars are delivered over the internet right
to
your desktop.
All you will
need to attend our web-based events is a compatible
PC connected to the internet and
a separate phone line to dial into a conference call.
(Recorded events do not require a phone.) Once
you place the order, we will email you a confirmation
notice that provides the URL link for the visual
portion of the training and a toll free conference
call number for the audio component. |

Free & Easy Registration
Before enrolling you will be asked to register,
and log-in.
This will allow us to make your enrollment process
much faster and easier. You'll only need to register
once. Please save or print your registration
receipt. However, if you forget your username
and password, we will be happy to email
it to you in minutes. |

Enrollment Deadlines for Online Events
Assuming
the enrollment maximum has not yet been met, you
may enroll any time up to 30 minutes before the
web event start time. However, online event signups
occuring within 2 hours of the event start time
may not allow us enough time to obtain a confirmation
and book your admission to the event. In this
case we will be unable to admit you to the event. |

Locations of Training Centers
Classes and Events may be held at various locations
throughout the United States. Blytheco has 2
training centers in Southern California: |

What is an ATC Class?
ATC stands for Authorized Training Center. These
are the only schools authorized by Sage Software® (the
makers of MAS 90, MAS 200, BusinessWorks and
SalesLogix, etc.) to teach instruction classes
for their software. Blytheco operates multiple
Authorized
Training Centers in Southern California.
On this website we may also list ATC classes
from affiliated and unaffiliated Authorized Training
Centers located outside our local area. |

Online Event Connectivity Requirements
Students require access to the Internet, and a web
browser to connect to the visual portion of the seminar.
A separate voice phone line and a phone to dial into
the audio conference call are required for the audio
portion. |

Timezones
Unless otherwise indicated, start and ending times
given for ATC classes and online seminars are
in the Pacific time zone. |

ATC Class Cancellation |
| |
|
|
| |
On or before
registration deadline date: Students
may cancel and receive a full refund
or apply their tuition towards a future
class. |
|
|
| |
After registration deadline
date: Students may ONLY apply tuition
toward a future class date and will incur
a $50 rescheduling fee, per class and
should be sent within 5 working days.
Remember, you can always substitute another
student at no charge. |

ATC Class Meals/Breaks
Each class includes 2 fifteen-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch break.
Orange County location — coffee service and light refreshments available
during breaks in our large kitchen facility. You have the option of bringing
a lunch or driving to a nearby restaurant. Click

Los Angeles location — has local restaurants within walking distance for
breaks and lunch hour. |

Paid Online Event Cancellation
Web events hosted by Sage Software will require a
written confirmation for all cancellations and rescheduling.
Sage will not accept cancellations or rescheduling
received beyond a 48-hour timeframe prior to the
event. |

Free Event Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. However, we request that
you to let us know. |
| |
|
| |
Technology Failure Policy
In the event of a Sage technology failure during
the Web-Based Event, Sage may reschedule
the class. In the event the class, in Sage's
sole discretion, cannot be rescheduled, a refund,
prorated based on the portion of the class that
was not delivered, will be issued to registered
attendees upon written request. |
