Executive or Project Team Overview Training

Your executives and key project team members should attend a compressed training session to learn the features, benefits and options of the new business system. This will enable them to be better prepared to actively participate in the implementation.

After this initial training has been completed, these individuals should discuss the application setup and configuration options in detail with a Blytheco systems consultant. We will assist you in determining the best system configuration for your company's needs. From your input, we will then design a customized training program for your employees.


Staff Training Training for your staff is critical to assure they will have the tools and skills to correctly utilize the software and obtain a successful return on your investment. Your consultant may also have customized training classes associated with specific staff; such as salespeople who need limited information from multiple modules. This methodology will reduce your training costs by streamlining the information pro- vided to your employees to include only the information necessary to perform their tasks. Thus, the A/P Clerk will only review Accounts Payable and the Salesperson will only review Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Inventory. The information provided will only include the things necessary for them to do their tasks based upon your company's internal policies and procedures.

Your Place or Ours?

Training can be provided at your facilities or at a dedicated training center.
There are advantages to both methods. However, if your company does not have a professional training facility and cannot limit interruptions, we
recommend using Blytheco's facilities for training. After reviewing all of the
staff and available training classes, your consultant will provide you with a schedule of the recommended training for your staff.

As employees turn over you may wish to utilize individual training courses.
